These terms cover your use of cloughroofing.com and our text messaging program. By using this website, requesting an estimate, or opting in to our texts, you agree to what is written here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or opt in to our messages.
These website terms do not replace any roofing contract, proposal, or warranty you sign with Clough Roofing LLC. If a signed agreement says something different, the signed agreement controls.
SMS Terms & Conditions
About our text messaging program
Clough Roofing LLC operates a text messaging program for customers and for people who ask us about roofing work. The program runs on our business line, (941) 340-3000.
How you opt in
You can opt in to text messages in any of these ways:
- Enter your mobile number on a request form on this website and submit it. The text message consent language appears with the form, directly above the submit button, on every form that asks for a mobile number
- Give your mobile number and your permission to a member of our team by phone, by email, or in person
- Text us first at (941) 340-3000
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying any product or service from us. You can work with Clough Roofing without ever opting in.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, and you must be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you give us.
What messages you will receive
Once you opt in, you may receive text messages of these types:
- Appointment confirmations, reminders, and schedule changes
- Roof inspection and job status updates, including crew arrival notices
- Estimate and proposal follow up, plus answers to questions you send us
- Storm response and emergency service updates
- Invoice, payment, and paperwork reminders, including insurance documentation
This is a customer care and conversational messaging program. Every message we send is either a reply to you or an informational update about your request, your inspection, your job, or your billing. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not send text message advertising.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You will generally only receive messages while you have an open request, a scheduled inspection, an active job, or an open invoice with us. We do not send messages on a recurring schedule.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier sets those rates, not Clough Roofing.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to opt out. You can reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and after that we will not send you any more texts. You can also call us at (941) 340-3000 or email info@cloughroofing.com and ask to be removed.
If you opt out and later want messages again, just opt in again using any of the methods above.

Delivery and carriers
Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier’s network and on your device. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We cannot guarantee that every message reaches you on time.
Your privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We never sell, rent, lease, trade, or transfer your mobile number, SMS registration data, text messaging opt in data, or consent to any third party for that third party’s own use. This exclusion applies to every sharing and disclosure category in our Privacy Policy, including service providers, affiliates, business partners, and any merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets.
The only parties that ever receive your mobile number for this program are the messaging service providers and aggregators that deliver the messages on our behalf. They may use it only to deliver our messages to you, never for their own purposes.

Changes to the program
We may update these SMS terms. The date at the top of this page shows the most recent update. Continuing to receive our messages after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Estimates and quotes
Any price, estimate, or proposal shown on this website or sent by text or email is an estimate only. Final pricing depends on an on site inspection, the condition of the roof and structure, material availability, and the scope agreed in writing. Nothing on this website is a binding offer or a guarantee of price.
